Property Maintenance and Improvement

  • Our expert contract maintenance staff ensures that routine repairs are done quickly, correctly and cost efficiently.
  • These repairs can include but are not limited to:

HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, basement water proofing, painting and general maintenance.

  • Coordinate and negotiate the best terms for trash removal, landscaping and grounds services, interior and exterior common area janitorial services, laundry and vending machine service, appliance repair and replacement, as well as repairs which require major repairs or renovations.
  • Fast and efficient turnovers to include cleaning, painting, lock changes and general repairs.
    Our full service management fees range between 6-10% of the gross monthly rent collected. Leasing fees are calculated separately from the monthly management fee.
